Sunday, August 16 during both services- Blessing of the Backpacks

The new school year begins August 12 for most schools in our area. Children should bring their school backpack on Sunday, August 16 and we will bless them and their backpacks, asking God to watch over them and give them guidance and strength in the school year ahead.

SUNDAY, AUGUST 16- VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED

We need volunteers to help switch two classrooms on the second floor after the late service. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

CHILDREN’S CHURCH LEADERS AND ASSISTANTS NEEDED

Our children's ministry is growing, and we're looking for volunteers to help nurture the next generation in their walk with Christ. You can volunteer as much as you're able! Whether you can serve every week, once a month, or on a rotating schedule, there is a place for you. No teaching experience is required. There are two age groups to choose from; age 3-2nd grade or 3rd-6th grade. We will provide the curriculum and the support to help you succeed. Please contact for more details. nicholette@lwlc.org
